200mm x 150mm Engraved Plant Labels

Our engraved labels are all made to order. They are made to order in-house from highly durable, UV-stable modified acrylic. This hard-wearing plastic laminate is designed for outdoor use and will withstand normal weather conditions for years.

Each label is engraved and cut to fit our 150mm label holders perfectly. You can view the 150mm label holders here. If you need holes for fixing or hanging, simply specify their position when placing your order.

Up to 6 lines of engraved text are included in the price. Additional lines are charged at 20p per line, per label.

As a guide, we recommend a maximum of 66 characters and spaces per line when using 16-point text. See our FAQ page

How to place your order

Using the drop-down menus, select the surface colour, the font style, and the quantity of labels you would like. You can provide your engraving details in one of three ways:

1. Use the text box provided -  Add your text in the box provided and click "Add to Basket". We'll receive them with your order once payment has been made.
2. Use one of our templates — Download our blank Word or Excel template, complete the form, upload it above, and then click "Add to Basket".
3. Upload your own file — we accept JPEG, CorelDRAW, Word, or Excel files. Upload it above, and then click "Add to Basket".

Alternatively, you can email us your Word or Excel template instructions if this is easier for you.

We automatically centre the text on each label. If you require different alignment, please mention this in the order notes at checkout.

Artwork & Proofing

After receiving your order, we will email you a proof of your label artwork for approval.

Please check all names, spelling, and other information carefully. We do not provide a spelling or grammar-checking service. One artwork revision is included. Further revisions are charged at £5 + VAT.  Please see our full terms and conditions. 

We will only manufacture your labels once you have confirmed that you are happy with the artwork.
