We are still gradually attaching the hundreds of rhodo labels your made for us! The great job you did for us has enabled us to resurrect our Plant Heritage National Collection holder status and we will certainly recommend you to other collection holders. We have the only recognised historic collection in Cornwall.

Good morning, a couple of weeks or so ago, I ordered a memorial plant sign from yourselves, to go with a Twisted Hazel we had bought for some friends, in commemoration of their beloved little dog who had sadly been killed in a car accident. I've been meaning to get in touch, as I just wanted to say how impressed I was with your customer service; the lady I spoke to was extremely kind and helpful and the item arrived quickly and was very well packaged. The sign was perfect and our friends loved it and it will have pride of place in their new garden along with the hazel. In a world where everyone is quick to complain but not to congratulate, I just thought I would say thank you for your great service. It was much appreciated at a difficult time for all of us.

Thank you so much for the follow up email. Mark, my husband was so pleased he had tears in his eyes. This was a total shocker, and needless to say it made our Christmas. Ordering was so easy that I must admit I was surprised. Being on different time zones, and communicating was never an issue, and after speaking with you the first time any worries I had disappeared.
