Ordering for export

We are happy to accept Export and Local Authority orders. However, please contact us directly, so that we can produce a Pro Forma invoice to include the exact carriage and tax charges.

Production Timescales

All engraving orders are made to your own individual requirements. Once we have received your instructions, we produce a PDF (emailable) artwork proof of one (or more) of your labels. This allows you to check that we have understood your requirements and to make any last minute alterations to the layout. Once you are satisfied with the layout we ask you to give us your final confirmation, by email. At this point your labels/signs will go into production.

We usually aim to turn all engraving orders around within days of your final confirmation being given, however with overseas orders this will vary depending on the location of the delivery.
