When you create the QR code, you will generally be asked which file format you would like to save it as.  We can accept JPEG, AI, DXF or PNG files.

It would be a great help to us, if when you download your file.  You save it in a name that we can easily identify with your text.  Then if you can send us the individual files rather than inserting them into a document.  This way we can  be sure of the best quality image.

Use a flexible adhesive: Apply a PU (polyurethane) glue or similar adhesive that allows for expansion and contraction due to the temperature changes. This helps ensure the labels stays secure in various weather conditions.

Fasten through the holder: Our plant label holders feature a small hole in the head where the label slides in. You can use this hole to screw or rivet the label directly into place for added security.

To make label holders more difficult to remove, you can secure the base in a hidden anchor. One effective method is to place the holder in a metal box filled with wet cement, then allow it to set. Once the cement has hardened, bury the box in the ground or planter. This creates a heavy, concealed base that makes it much harder for anyone to pull the holder out.
