This page gives you all the essential information you might need about postage and packaging, price breaks, how to order and how to send us engraving instructions.
Postage and Packaging
Our standard delivery charge will be automatically added to your order when you click "Add to Basket" :-
Standard delivery charge (3-5 day parcel post service) up to 1 kg @ £5.00 + VAT.
Overnight delivery up to 25 kg @ £9.50 + VAT.
Should your order weigh more than 1 kg, we will contact you personally to arrange for overnight delivery. An additional payment will be required.
Should your order exceed 25 kg in weight, we will contact you to discuss our further delivery options. An additional payment may be required.

Other Information
Price Breaks
Please take note of our price breaks, available across our entire range of garden labels and label holders. Naturally it is more cost-effective for us to produce and manufacture the items in higher quantities, so we can pass these savings on to you. Please consider increasing your order size if you are close to a price break - it makes economical sense.
VAT
All prices displayed on the product pages are excluding VAT. Once you proceed to the checkout, and we know which country you are buying from, the VAT is then applied (15% in the UK). The VAT amount is for the items and the delivery charge (see above).
How to order
The ordering process is simple:
| 1. | Choose your product, decide on the number you wish to buy and enter that value in the Quantity box provided. |
| 2. | You will immediately see the total value of that item of your order appear below the quantity box without having to click ""Add to Basket"" (excluding postage and packing). |
| 3. | If you are buying plant labels, tree labels or sheet materials, now choose your colour. |
| 4. | Once you are happy that you have ordered, say, 30 blue 50mm labels at a unit cost of 42p, total £12.60, simply click on the ""Add to basket"" button next to that product. |
| 5. | You will be directed to Paypals secure server where you can proceed to checkout or continue shopping. |
| 6. | If you opt to continue shopping you will simply be returned to the Products page. |
| 7. | If you have ordered engraved labels, please read the section below to ensure we get your engraving instructions without delay. |
